Metal mounting bracket converted to a plastic housing fora throttle assembly. The V- Block is an example of a thick walled molded component which uses a blend of resins to meet requirements for rigidity and flexibility.	Safety was of top priority for Huffy’s rim that snap fits into a backboard. Our partnership with Huffy accommodated several design changes enabling Huffy to improve child safety. We manufacture thermoplastic parts for Wacker's Vibratory Rammer series and Silencer Covers that have been converted from machined metal to engineered plastic, decreasing weight and improving profit margins.	Logos and operating instructions are "in-molded" into various parts for lasting durability from the harsh conditions caused by the sun, rain and gasoline environments.	TQP uses vertical insert molding, along with a heat stabilized nylon material for a slip ring assembly. Bearings are inserted during the molding process for Hufcor's carrier wheels. Screens are sonic welded into Generac's oil pick up unit.
